Birthday Border sets

Hello! I hope you're relaxing after a long Christmas rush. Kick up your feet, the dishes can wait!!!! hehehe!
I am in a swap on SCS hosted by my friend Colleen. It's a border set swap and I have a spot in the Birthday group. I didn't want to make it too girlie since I lean toward that a lot in my crafting but I'm not good with masculine either. So, of course, I had to add flowers!

I used my mom's Cricut Expression for everything but one border and the photo mat. Don't you just love those Cricuts? The little stars on the left border match the top of the party hat. The party hat has the word celebrate on it. I used the CM wavy cutter for the brown and patterned papers on the borders. The big balloon with red background is the journaling piece. I surprised myself by not using any ribbon! I went with brads and eyelets instead. I had fun making these. I think getting to play with the Cricut was my favorite though. If I wouldn't have played around so much, it wouldn't have taken me 5 hours to complete these!!!!
Thanks for stopping by. Let me know what you think.
Until next time...
Blessings...
