This is a card I made to demonstrate at last week's SU! workshop.
I used very vanilla c/s as my base. The top note is old olive. I used the Season of Friendship stamp set and stamped the tree in chocolate chip ink and the bird in real red ink. The bird is stamped on very vanilla c/s then cut out and put on with 1/2 a dimensional. The sentiment is from Oval All stamp set stamped in real red on very vanilla c/s punched out with lg. oval punch then backed with a scalloped oval in chocolate chip. I added some depth to the card by sponging around the top note and the base of the card.
It looks a little Christmas'y' even though it was not made to be.
