Hello!!
Here's my project for our Virtual Stamp/Scrap Day Challenge #3. (I hosted challenge #2 and I'll have my crafty goody up this evening...hopefully :)
Okay I'm not the best 3D project crafter. I don't do a lot of it but AnnMarie has inspired me to try it more often. She hosted challenge #3. We had to create a box with a piece of 8.5x11" cardstock. I've seen this done on the Stampin' Up! website a lot but really never tried it.
For the challenge box we had to include a punch and ribbon somewhere on it.
Here's mine:
My base is barely banana c/s. I used the eyelet border punch on the top and on a strip of real red cardstock at the bottom. I stamped the flower heart from the set Simply Said on the base with real red ink. I finished it off with some chocolate chip ribbon and a corduroy real red brad.
I love this project so much I think I'm going to make some miniature ones (8.5x11" c/s cut in half) for Valentine treat boxes for my kiddos school parties.
Thanks AnnMarie **waving** *Mwah*
Until next time...
Blessings...

What a beautiful box!! I knew you could do it! You will be the 3d queen before you know it! :) Your valentine boxes will be great! You could even add a little handle!
