Hello friends!
I'm so glad you stopped by :)
Today I have 2 cards that I made using the CAS66 Challenge over on SCS. I needed to make graduation cards for 2 lovely girls I know that will be sliding the tassel this month.
I love tempting turquoise but don't get to use it as often as I'd like. I hope the girls like that color!
I used 2 flower stamps from a Martha Stewart set I got over the weekend....stamped them on white c/s with tempting turquoise ink then cut them out. I sponged old olive ink around the first card's flowers and pixie pink around the second. The patterned paper on the first card is from the sweet pea paper stack and the paper on the second is some retired sweet always dp. I used the well scripted stamp set on the first and fundamental phrases on the second.
Now, I know the leaves are not perfect but I did free hand them. I used my paper piercing tool. I thought it added a cute touch. I also used my paper piercing tool and mat pack to get the holes along the bottom.
Thanks again for visiting...
Until next time...
Blessings...
