The Darlings are at it Again!

Hey!
How are ya today? I hope all is well and you're having a perfectly crafty day.
The Dueling Darlings are at it again! That's right today is another kit challenge. Jeanette is the hostess this month and what a "darling" little kit she sent! I love this image girl! How cute!!! The theme this month was kids stuff, using things that can be found with toys. Now, Jeanette really did challenge me because I've never used Scrabble pieces before but I really like how this "darling" card turned out...
I'm sorry for the dark pic.
I used copics and ink pad watercolor on my image. When I think of things that can be found with toys I think of the cardboard box the toy comes in. My kids still love that better than the actual toy! So, I added a little torn cardboard behind my image.
Thanks Jeanette for a super cute kit this month! I love it!
Be sure and check out all the other Darling cards. You can find the members and their blogs in my left sidebar.
Have a great day!
Until next time...
Blessings...
Melina

Melina, oh my! Your card is beautiful!!! I love the way you colored the image... so soft and pretty! And your layout is awesome with so many details!

How creative to think of the box and add some cardboard to your card. I love the way you think. That was always my kiddos favorite part of the gift when they were wee ones.

You definitely dazzled me today!!!

Cute card. I love the torn box behind the image. And, why is it...the kids always play with the packaging more. Why to think "outside the box" for the challenge.
