Took Me 10 Days, But HAPPY NEW YEAR! :)

Hi all!

I'm sorry I've been away from my blog so long.

My life for the past month has went something like this........

Holidays

Family Vaca

Sick, Sick, Sick

Our daughter and myself started getting sick the last few days of vacation. I finally went to the doctor this past Wednesday. I have bronchitis and a sinus infection. Thank goodness for steroid shots and cough meds with codeine. :) Makes me HAPPY, HAPPY HAPPY! *giggle*

Here is a layout I made for the 1~2~3 Get Scrappy blog, our January challenge

and I'm also entering it at Let's Get Sketchy!

I used the paper collection from Teresa Collins called "Santa's List"

There's lots of hand drawn doodles made with Gelly Roll markers.

I did some stamping on the journaling booklet at the left corner of the pics too.

I used the diagonal row from the board at 123GS: Snowflakes, blue, lots of bling

Yes, I ran with the sketch a little but I can still see it....can't you? :)

Trimming the Tree

It's the 10th and that means there's a new challenge over at 1~2~3 Get Scrappy.

September 2013 ~ Challenge #2

Here's what I made:

I used trees, rhinestones and washi tape in my double page layout. I got to looking at the board and I also used another row: circles, rhinestones and die cuts. :)

1~2~3 Get Scrappy! Challenge #1

Hi!

We are so excited over at 1~2~3 Get Scrappy! today.

It's our very first challenge!!!

The Design Team did an excellent job. I can't wait to see who all plays along. :)

Here is what I made:

For all our challenges you use a board similar to tic tac toe.

I used the 3rd row down: brads, lace and long title (more than 10 letters)

To any CTMH consultants....does this page look familiar? I CASED the layout on page 29 in the new catalog. :) I also used a CTMH stamp set for the "Presents" in the title and the pinwheel stamps from CTMH.

My shapes are cut with the Art Philosophy cart with my Cricut.
