The Darlings are Gardening!

Hello all!

Long time not blog post. I'm bad........

Here is my June "Duel" card made with the Dazzler team's Leader for the month, Darlene. :)

We are gardening this time around. Darlene sent such a cute image!

Here's what I made:

Isn't that a cute image? It's from Stamps Happen. I love it.
I added the sentiment from a SU! stamp set.

We were supposed to share a gardening tip along with our card.
Well, my tip is if you plant a squash plant in a 5 gallon bucket, be sure to poke a few holes in the bottom of the bucket to let the water drain. With all the rain we've been having, my plant is floating in the bucket! hahahahahahaha! It's very water logged! LOL

Have a great day

Until next time....
Blessings.....

Melina--your card is stunning. I love that image and your coloring rocks! Great layout too. I hope it stops raining soon!

I really like how all of the patterned squares flow through the card. The sentiment punch is great and it looks good how you placed it. Fun card!

Super job coloring the image, Melina! Love the soft colors you used. And the pretty flowers bunched beside the sentiment is really pretty.

So glad that you are a Dazzler!

Hugs!

awwww...Melina this is such an adorable card! You used the d/p I initially wanted to use in mine but, all of a sudden , it 'disappeared' as I traveled from the family room to my craft table aka dining room...only to be found right AFTER I crafted my card (it fell face down on my floor and it looked like a tile itself...lol)
ANyways...I absolutly LOVE the way you colored your image leaving 'tracks' of 'light'.Great shadowing!!!♥
